Talent Acquisition Specialist We are looking for a new team member to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region.
This person will focus primarily on recruitment for our growing factory in Ústí nad Labem as well as for our Frontline operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The position can be based either in Ústí nad Labem or in our Prague office. (We expect flexibility for business travel to the other location)
What you can expect:
Managing recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (production, specialist, managerial, and director-level) for our locations in Prague, Ústí nad Labem, and across the Czech and Slovak regions
Handling the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies
Supporting and developing employer branding initiatives
Working closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Building talent pools for business critical positions
Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and engaging for the candidates
Utilizing external recruitment tools such as Workday, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to identify and attract top talent
Collaborating with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs, and promoting KONE among young talent
Participating in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes
Your ideal qualifications:
Experience in independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels (both white- and blue-collar roles);
Experience in the technical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Strong command of Czech and English
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency with recruitment tools
A self-driven and self-motivated approach is essential
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license and openness to regular business travel (between Prague and Ústí nad Labem)
