Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and secure top talent. You will deliver a strong candidate experience, support our European business units, and contribute to key TA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Europe, from requisition intake to offer stage.

  • Conduct structured screening calls and interviews to evaluate skills and fit.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, provide updates, and guide decisions.

  • Promote TD SYNNEX’s employer brand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Prepare and negotiate offers in alignment with internal guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate data and workflows in Workday (ATS).

  • Use market insights and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Support DEI initiatives throughout the selection process.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; multinational or tech industry experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred).

  • Highly organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

  • Experience working across diverse markets in Europe.
