About The Role
Liven is growing fast—and we’re building the team that will take us global. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist in BSD, Jakarta, you’ll play a central role in attracting and hiring the people who’ll shape the future of food, tech, and community.
This is a full-stack, high-impact recruiting role in a company that’s AI-first and performance-driven. You won’t just coordinate—you’ll lead hiring across early-career and mid-level roles in tech, commercial, and corporate domains. You'll work closely with hiring managers, design candidate journeys, and deliver fast, high-quality outcomes using the latest AI tools and platforms.

You’ll use tools like Rippling, ClickUp, and AI-based sourcing platforms to automate and streamline every step of the process—from outreach to onboarding. Your work will directly influence how we scale talent globally—balancing speed with humanity, and automation with authenticity.

What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across tech, commercial, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, strategy, and candidate experience
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, AI platforms, and automated pipelines
- Own job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Track pipeline progress and hiring performance using Rippling and ClickUp
- Collaborate on onboarding workflows to ensure smooth, personalized starts
- Create content and campaigns to promote Liven’s employer brand in key markets
- Support recruitment reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in tech, commercial, or corporate roles
- Confident running end-to-end hiring and advising hiring managers
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools (Rippling, ClickUp) and AI sourcing platforms
- Skilled in candidate engagement, process optimization, and employer branding
- Strong communication skills in English—clear, human, and professional
- Cultural agility and familiarity with Indonesian market
- Tech-savvy, organized, and excited by AI-driven recruitment innovation
- Passionate about delivering fast, high-quality hiring in a high-growth environment
Good to Have
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data visualization
- Background in LinkedIn content, copywriting, or recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of Indonesia hiring norms, compliance, or market trends
- Curious mindset with a love for testing tools, automation, and new strategies
