We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Recruitment team. This role will primarily support recruitment for US based positions, requiring a late shift (12 PM – 9 PM local time). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job intake to onboarding — ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational culture fit.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and provide robust candidate evaluations and recommendations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates in alignment with compensation guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience conducting competency‑based interviews and assessing candidates across a range of business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.  
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities while supporting hiring needs across time zones.
