NTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s domestic and international recruitment efforts, ensuring the efficient acquisition of top talent that fuels INTECH’s global growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, international recruitment experience, and a deep understanding of global compliance standards. INTECH’s commitment to people-centric solutions ensures that you will contribute to building a strong organizational culture and help implement best HR practices to support business goals.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both domestic and international roles — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with labor laws and visa regulations.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver qualified candidates within target timelines.
  • Maintain an ongoing talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles, ensuring hiring continuity across functions.
  • Contribute to strengthening INTECH’s employer brand through creative engagement initiatives and participation in global recruitment fairs or events.
  • Use recruitment analytics and performance metrics to evaluate and optimize hiring efficiency, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

Experience:

  • 3 - 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to both domestic and international recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring across global markets.
  • Familiarity with global hiring compliance, and International recruitment & onboarding practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and people-first approach aligned with INTECH’s culture of innovation and excellence.
