About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vendasta, you will be the operational force driving seamless, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experiences. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment processes, represent our employer brand in talent markets, and champion the candidate journey—from the first hello to onboarding. Your Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to:

• Represent Vendasta at career fairs and events, championing our global brand and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes using behavioral and competency-based interviews, sourcing across multiple platforms, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to source, screen, and schedule candidates, while identifying new opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain accurate hiring data and provide consistent reporting to key stakeholders.
• Analyze funnel metrics and recruitment KPIs to improve outcomes, ensuring alignment with Vendasta’s inclusive hiring practices and goals.

What You Bring to the Table

You bring 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry, with a strong understanding of technical and niche hiring needs. Your ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders sets you apart, along with your proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRMs. You are organized, responsive, and skilled in supporting interviews. You’re also comfortable navigating and applying AI tools for sourcing and screening and are eager to stay on top of evolving hiring trends. Experience hiring for engineering or IT roles and a basic knowledge of programming languages or tech stacks are considered assets.
