As we expand into Bangladesh, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in building our local team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source exceptional talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience that reflects PalmPay's values and high standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and sourcing tools.
- Manage job postings, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and promote PalmPay’s employer brand.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across tech, operations, and commercial roles.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Represent PalmPay professionally at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment marketing and social media campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
- Use data to inform hiring strategies and improve the recruitment funnel.
- Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes align with PalmPay policies and local labor laws.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline hiring operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech or fintech company.
- Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, JazzHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience hiring for roles in fintech, banking, or digital startups.
- Strong understanding of the Bangladesh talent market.
- Passionate about building teams and making impactful hires.
