Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

• Support the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating.
• Help create job descriptions aligned with role requirements.
• Search for and connect with potential candidates using various resources like social media, job boards, and networking.
• Contribute to building candidate pipelines by identifying and engaging potential talent.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep recruitment databases organized and up to date to support hiring decisions.
• Assist in monitoring recruitment activities and exploring ways to improve processes.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing, either in-house or at an agency.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
