What We Offer
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Covestro Slovakia, you play a crucial role in supporting our growth and innovation objectives by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent for our organization. You are responsible for placing the right people in the right positions across a wide range of fields.
Your tasks will include:

Crafting and publishing eye-catching job postings that reflect our brand.

Coordinating interview schedules and managing communications between candidates and stakeholders.

Reviewing and shortlisting applications to find the perfect match for our team, conducting active search.

Conducting interviews.
-
Collaborating closely with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.

Representing Covestro at schools, career events, and job fairs.

Analyzing recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Advising management on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and selection.

Other HR related tasks based on business requirements.
The minimum salary on this position is 2000 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
What You Offer

A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally 3 - 4 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Proficiency in MS Office and applicant management systems.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.

A genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with opportunities and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
