Location: This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 1 to 2 days per week in the Las Colinas, TX office located at 225 East John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive recruitment efforts for various roles across the company with a large focus on Sales, Sales Support and Marketing roles. As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive innovation and company success. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with HRBP’s and hiring managers to ensure our staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals. If you are passionate about technology and recruiting, with a knack for spotting top talent, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying talent to join Trend Micro by:

  • Identifying, attracting, and evaluating both passive and active candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the market

  • Creating an exceptional hiring experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

  • Promoting Trend Micro branding ex: social media and websites to attract talent

  • Utilizing inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Coordinating interviews and collaborating with HRBP and hiring managers for offers

  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement

  • Tracking and recording sourcing results within Recruitment Platforms 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field

  • 4+ years in dedicated Recruitment

  • Experience in high-tech, high-growth technology company

  • Experience managing full cycle talent acquisition process

  • Hands on ATS/HRIS experience, Workday preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and service multiple clients and several projects simultaneously

  • Creativity to think outside the box to find talent

  • Passionate about recruiting and engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
