Job DescriptionYour Focus:
- Proactively source, interview, and hire top talent for Strategy teams across multiple regions, including the USA.
- Collaborate daily with hiring managers to meet ambitious recruitment goals and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including posting job ads on internal and external career sites and maintaining the recruitment system (Smart Recruiters), ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
- Partner closely with the HR team and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
- Participate in recruitment update meetings and prepare detailed reports.
- Perform additional tasks, including shared service responsibilities such as conducting background checks and related activities.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, representing the company at job fairs and other talent engagement events to attract top candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to navigate an international environment with ease. Polish language will be a strong plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Resilience and adaptability—thrives in a fast-changing environment and tackles challenges with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple teams and seniority levels in a fast-moving organization.
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills.
- Candidates must be located in Warsaw or within a commutable distance.
