What You Will Do

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, offers) for blue collar positions delivering an excellent candidate experience in every stage
  • Contribute to building a talent pipeline by using social media and other tools for proactively approaching candidates
  • Build trusted relationships with the business and act as TA Partner for your Hiring Managers
  • Contribute to continuously improve our recruiting processes internally and externally and find new ways to attract candidates
  • Cooperate closely with business, HR stakeholders and outsourcing agency
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and use relevant recruiting KPIs and reportings to understand the company needs
  • Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business as required
  • Be a part of employer attractiveness and other HR projects
  • Act as an ambassador for Essity's vision and values

This role is open as temporary replacement for maternity/parental leave.

 

 

Who You Are

  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Social work or in a related field
  • Professional experience as a recruiter, ideally in a complex matrix organization or in an international environment will be strong advantage
  • Passion for finding and attracting the best candidates, specifically for blue collar roles
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and within the HR Team
  • Knowledge of different sourcing techniques and channels to attract talents will be strong advantage
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and a structured way of working
  • Fluent Slovak and English skills (written and verbal), knowledge of Hungarian language will be advantage
