Job Description

Playing a critical role in finding the best and brightest talent in the industry, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks: 

  • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to build teams. 
  • Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals. 
  • Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and building relationships. 
  • Foster long-term relationships with current talent, past and potential candidates 
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent. 
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, and Smartrecruiters to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals. 
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. 
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. 
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience 
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders. 
  • High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence. 
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
