Purpose of Position

- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for providing all-round support to the Human Resources Team, employee life-cycle and assisting in Human Resources related enhancement and ad-hoc projects.
Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the roles and key competencies and attributes required
- Talent Acquisition focus on Retail, Production, Customer Services, Operations and Internships hiring
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, JobsDB and other professional networks or job boards
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of the most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Prepare employment contract, addendums and off-boarding support
- Apply and facilitate visa application process for overseas placed candidates to Hong Kong
- Coordinate with new staff onboarding arrangements
- Undertake other HR initiatives and employer branding projects
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- 3+ years’ experience in an HR or related field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Chinese Proficient in especially Mac/ iOS application will be a plus
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn, multitasking and able to work well under pressure with tight timelines
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Coordinator
