About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the HR team at Remitly Israel!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Remitly, you will take E2E ownership on a range of positions, specifically (but not only) in the Engineering department.

You Will:

  • Manage E2E recruiting processes for mainly technology positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and act as talent advisor to ensure the best recruitment with with the most suitable candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through different platforms, such as LinkedIn recruiter, social media.
  • Manage the decision-making process and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate with a global recruitment team to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS - Comeet and Workday

You Have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on technology positions.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience with tracking data and making improvement in the recruitment processes based on analytics.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, both with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have:

  • Experience from Global work environment (Public company is a plus)
  • Experience with Workday and Comeet as an ATS
