Your Mission
Joining our TA team means becoming part of a collaborative environment where recruitment goes beyond filling roles. You’ll work closely with the business, build strong stakeholder relationships and develop your skills in market insights, talent mapping, creative sourcing and interview processes. We’ll encourage you to stay curious, think outside the box and grow into a confident and trusted TA partner.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and locations, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, while delivering a great candidate experience. You don’t need to have done it all before, as we’re happy to support your development across 360 recruitment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
- Proven stakeholder management experience - comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience a strong plus.
- Experience recruiting across different locations in EMEA and APAC regions is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English, Bulgarian is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions
- Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture
- Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency

The annual base salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 25,000 - EUR 37,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
