- Lead recruiting efforts from initial outreach through hire.
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Connect with potential candidates and sell them on career opportunities at Logan.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make hiring decisions.
- Work with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
- Represent Logan at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Track recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve hiring and retention.
