What this role is all about

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping Infobip teams by identifying and attracting top talent in the market.


As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to recruit across different business functions, locations, and seniority levels, working with both technical and non-technical profiles. You’ll work with internal and external candidates while collaborating with colleagues across different regions and contributing to global Talent Acquisition initiatives. As part of the HQ Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape how recruitment is done globally at Infobip while working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization.


In this role, you will partner with our leaders, hiring managers & People Operations Business Partners to understand the company's culture and current and future hiring needs. You’ll identify potential talent sources, develop strategies to attract the best candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. Throughout the process, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment expertise to support informed hiring decisions.

What you'll do
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including conducting intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and collaborating with People Operations Business Partners and the Compensation team to negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition Global projects (e.g. internships, referral programs, LinkedIn optimization, internal mobility initiatives) to drive continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition Global processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Partner with hiring managers to align on talent requirements, provide strategic consultation, and support and train them on effective interviewing techniques to influence optimal hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and a seamless interview process. Foster positive candidate relationships with both internal and external candidates, including those applying for roles beyond your primary focus.
  • Employer Branding: Work closely with the Employer Branding team to promote Infobip’s employer brand and attract top talent by representing the company at internal and external events. Support employer branding initiatives, engage in networking, and build relationships with potential candidate communities to continuously expand and enhance the organization's talent pool.
  • Market Insights, Metrics & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges, ensuring a resilient approach in all aspects of talent acquisition management.

More about you
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruiting (preferably in an IT or global company).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions (technical and non-technical roles).
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Workday is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You demonstrate adaptability and thrive in managing multiple priorities and roles within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
