TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the recruiting team by identifying and engaging qualified candidates, conducting initial candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and managing timely follow-up communications throughout the interview process as needed.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruit hourly field employees via Indeed, ADP and other job boards sourced
- Coordinate resume reviews with hiring managers, phone/Teams screenings, screening checklists and spreadsheets, interview templates, and in-person interviewing to pass potential candidates to recruiters
- Provide support with offer letters, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation as needed
- Puts together application postings and job descriptions using ADP and the company website
- Coordinates interviews with leaders via Microsoft Outlook
- Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the interview process
- Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand impact of applied strategies (social media groups, LinkedIn, job boards)
- Coordinate key sourcing channels, enhance or implement a variety of candidate generation techniques
- Develop consultative partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, involved in the hiring process.
- Attend Career Job Fairs, High School Job Fairs, and Trade shows as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in Administrative or HR/Recruitment responsibilities
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Products
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
- Tactful, diplomatic, confidential and the highest level of integrity.
- Strong leadership with demonstrated skills and ability to coach and develop others.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in an independent manner, using independent judgment and an understanding of strategic and tactical business needs.
Physical Requirements
- 100% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking and viewing
- Job fair set ups including: backdrops, displays and recruiting/marketing materials
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- At least 1 year of administrative or HR/recruitment experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
- Ability to handle confidential matters with tact, diplomacy, and integrity
- Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills
- Ability to work independently using sound judgment and understanding of business needs
- Professional in Human Resources certification
