Salary:  Approximately $55,000 a year depending on experience.

In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions that drive the growth and success of our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruiting efforts from job opening to onboarding.
• Source, interview, and hire top talent across business areas.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
• Guide hiring teams through effective, objective, and compliant selection decisions.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruiting events, community partnerships, and employer branding efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field preferred. 
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
