Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the firm. This role will drive the identification, attraction, and selection of high-quality talent across a range of functions, including legal support, operations, and marketing. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, bring structure and consistency to recruiting processes, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage.
This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated pre-hire process. The Talent Acquisition Speialist will also develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, build and maintain pipelines of passive talent for key roles, and proactively attract candidates who align with the firm’s mission and culture. They will serve as a brand ambassador in the marketplace, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the firm with authenticity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manager full desk recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with and support hiring managers on workforce alignment and strategic planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Manage data and provide insights to leadership
  • Assist with early talent initiatives, including internships and university partnership programs.
  • Own and optimize applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and standardize best practice recruiting processes across the firm.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and candidate communications, including offer letters, assessment messages, background checks.
  • Partner closely with HR to ensure a seamless and positive transition from candidate to employee.
