About the Job

We are not looking for a traditional recruiter focused only on managing processes. We are looking for a talent hunter — someone highly proactive, analytical, and relentless when it comes to identifying and attracting exceptional people.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle for a wide variety of positions across the company, from highly creative profiles such as Scriptwriters, Thumbnail Specialists, Editors, and Content Creators, to analytical and operational roles in Product, Operations and Analytics.

This role combines recruitment strategy, sourcing, employer branding, process optimization, analytics, and high-volume hiring execution. You will work directly with hiring managers and leadership to help scale one of the fastest-growing media companies in Europe.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing to interviewing, coordination, and offer management across multiple departments.

  • Actively identify and approach top talent through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, databases, and unconventional sourcing channels.

  • Lead and execute massive hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality.

  • Track and analyze hiring funnel performance, sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, and time-to-hire metrics to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Evaluate candidates across both creative and data-driven disciplines, adapting interview methodologies depending on the profile.

  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, documentation, pipelines, scorecards, and operational efficiency to ensure process optimization.

  • Employer Branding - Help position QforMedia as a top employer within the creator economy, media, AI, and digital content industries.

  • Partner closely with managers, team leads, and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and ensure excellent candidate experience.

  • Maintain structured pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs using ATS and operational tools.

  • Explore and implement AI tools, automations, and scalable systems to improve sourcing, screening, and recruiting operations.

  • Recruitment Experience - Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Headhunting, or People Operations is required. Experience hiring for creative, media, tech, analytics, or startup roles is a strong plus.

  • Advanced English & Spanish level (deal-breaker)

Job conditions and perks

  • Office-based work, with 1 day per week of optional work from home.

  • Working hours: 8:00h to 16:30h.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Headhunting, or People Operations
  • Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle and high-volume hiring
  • Advanced English and Spanish (both languages)
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills (LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, databases, unconventional channels)
  • Analytical ability to track and improve hiring funnel metrics, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
