Are you ready to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic, purpose-driven company?
In this role you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce at our Global corporate headquarters and ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive our success.
At TOMRA, things move quickly and we are constantly evolving. This role therefore requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong willingness to navigate and respond to change.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
- Drive and participate in diverse recruitment and improvement initiatives and projects with the P&O team, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleges from other regions
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career events and fairs to promote TOMRA as an employer of choice

QualificationsFirst of all, we believe you to be passionate about finding the best candidates for TOMRA, but as well we do believe you have:
- Relevant degree at bachelor or master’s level
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge about ATS (preferable SmartRecruiters) and different test tools (preferable AON)
