We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines to support hiring across the APAC region. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple countries in Asia-Pacific, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets, strong sourcing and candidate management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across different time zones, cultures, and hiring environments. This individual will play a key role in helping the business scale by building talent pipelines, driving a strong candidate experience, and ensuring recruiting processes are efficient, professional, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, including intake meetings, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, team structures, and candidate profiles for open positions across multiple functions and geographies.
- Lead searches for a range of positions, which may include technical, engineering, operations, sales, finance, HR, and corporate roles depending on business needs.
- Drive recruiting activity from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance while ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across APAC markets using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles in key APAC markets.
- Proactively map talent in target locations and functions to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders by providing market insights, candidate trends, hiring process guidance, and regular updates on search progress.
- Help hiring managers calibrate job requirements, compensation expectations, and interview processes to improve hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and countries.
- Facilitate debrief discussions, gather interview feedback, and support hiring teams in making well-informed selection decisions.
Candidate Experience & Offer Support
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding status updates, interview logistics, and next steps.
- Support offer preparation and offer presentation in partnership with HR, People Operations, and business leaders.
- Assist with pre-employment processes and smooth transition of candidates into onboarding.
Regional Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting activity is properly documented.
- Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, interview practices, and operational workflows.
- Help ensure recruiting practices are compliant with internal policies and applicable local employment requirements across supported APAC markets.
- Partner with HR and People teams across regions to support employment documentation, vendor coordination, and country-specific hiring processes as needed.
Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for the Asia Pac region, including workforce planning support, sourcing strategy, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding.
- Ensure a strong onboarding experience that supports employee integration, compliance completion, and early productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least some experience supporting regional or multi-country hiring across APAC.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in an in-house corporate environment, search firm, or RPO setting.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of functions and levels, ideally including technical and business roles.
- Strong sourcing capability and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and engage candidates.
- Experience supporting hiring across countries such as the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, China, Japan, Korea, or Australia is preferred.
- Familiarity with regional hiring practices, market differences, and candidate expectations across APAC.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting a multinational, high-growth, or matrixed organization.
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, technology, or other specialized industries is a plus.
