The role
We are actively looking for a talent acquisition specialist based in Eastern Europe to work on a portfolio of blue and white collar roles across Eastern European countries. You will be part of a larger team who cover recruitment for DP World across Europe.
This is a busy role where you will be looking after the end to end process from taking the job briefings all the way to managing the offer process and handing over to HR. We expect this role to be based in either Hungary, Czechia, Poland or Slovakia and you will predominantly be supporting your stakeholders in those countries.
This role will include taking the job briefing, posting adverts, sourcing and interviewing candidates and managing the offer process. This is a role that will be attractive to recruiters who thrive on dealing with roles at all levels, across all divisions and enjoy the proactive searching for that elusive candidate.
As part of this role you will also be involved in TA projects and will be able to apply you knowledge and interest within your expertise across a regional remit. This will allow you to develop your capabilities and skillset to keep at the forefront of recruitment innovation.

Key skills and experience include:
- A strong end to end recruiter who is comfortable dealing with roles at all levels and within all disciplines
- A proactive approach to recruitment with the ability to think creatively to provide solutions to challenging recruitment briefs
- The ability to juggle multiple vacancies across business units and countries
- Always looking for the best candidate for role as opposed to the best applicant
- Interest and previous experience in working in TA projects
- Previous experience of working in a large corporate environment
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, Polish or Czech. It would be ideal if you speak multiple European languages
- Willing to travel and happy to work in one of our locations in the listed countries at least 3 days per week.
