Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Support New Employees: You’ll coordinate training process, answer questions and provide support to new employees in Chat and Zoom. 
  • Training Sessions: You'll conduct training sessions, analyze mistakes, and track progress.
  • Report on Progress: You'll monitor and report on how well employees are doing with their training.
  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and providing feedback.
  • Keep Learning Materials Fresh: You'll make sure our training content (like courses, tests, and articles) is always up-to-date and relevant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • English Proficiency: You'll need at least a B2 level to communicate and train our English-speaking employees.
  • Responsibility: You take your tasks seriously and always see them through.
  • Results-Driven: You're disciplined and focused on achieving goals.
  • Great Communicator: You can explain things clearly, both in writing and speaking.
  • Simplifying Complex Ideas: You have a talent for making difficult concepts easy to grasp.
