What does this role involve
- You will conduct end to end recruitment processes for positions in the Technology area
- You will ensure the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from the first contact to hire
- You will be dealing with Hiring Managers from various backgrounds and countries, from kick off to placement
- You will make sure that the data in our systems are complete and accurate and will leverage them in the conversions with internal stakeholders
- You will cooperate with various HR teams to improve the process and experience both for candidates and Hiring Managers
This job is for you, if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Team, including end-to-end recruitment
- You have experience in IT recruitment for a variety of roles, like developers, big data specialists, and designers
- You know how to build strong relationships with the business, hiring managers, and main stakeholders
- You understand IT industry trends, candidate market dynamics, and the specific nature of IT recruitment
- You have previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- You are open to change and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- You have a data-driven mindset
- You are innovative, proactive, and goal-oriented
- You put the emphasis on operational excellence and communication skills
- You want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English and Polish
