What we are looking for you if you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
- You speak native Spanish and are comfortable in English
- You have a Sales mentality: you like to hunt, convince, to have targets and overachieve !
- You are proactive and can work well on your own, taking full responsibility for your projects
- You are good at collaborating with hiring managers and work as a team
- You care about giving candidates a great experience
- You like to use data to improve things
