Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the company.
- Source, attract, and assess candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Work closely with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance the overall talent acquisition function.
- Utilize innovative approaches to employer branding, creating a compelling narrative to attract top talent to the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand skill requirements and contribute to workforce planning.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 5 years of full-time work experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with a strong focus on candidate screening.
- In-depth knowledge of modern screening techniques and industry-specific requirements.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
