Talent Acquisition Specialist - São Paulo/SP

This position reports to HR Talent Acquisition Manager
What will your responsibilities be?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Internal departments to lead the development, delivery, and management of Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives.
This person will provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to functional groups in the development and delivery of Talent Acquisition strategy and initiatives.
In addition, this role will influence, champion and measure effectiveness of strategic talent acquisition initiatives while providing overall project leadership and program management of TA programs. These programs may include:

Talent Pipeline Strategy (Apprentice, Internship, Technical and New Graduate Programs)

D&I Recruiting Strategy: Drives the global and local D&I TA Strategy

TA Subject Matter Expert: Employment Branding, Program Design, Policies, Processes, Vendors, Tools, Technology

Project Management: Support global and local TA Projects

TA Vendor Management: Job Boards, TA Consultants, TA Marketing Channels
The key responsibilities are:
Student Program Management:
-
Designs, implements, and executes the effectiveness of South America student, university, and technical programs.

Provides support for program development and administration of talent acquisition programs, including Internships, Co-ops, Apprenticeship, Trainee programs, and other student programs. Manage partnerships with key educational institutions and vendors within the Student Programs. Manages recruiting events for Student Programs. Ensuring strong employer brand on campus and on social media to help drive a pipeline of student talent. Manage student program experience including student program events. Manages the conversion of student talent to full time roles.
Talent Acquisition Support:

Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for key enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives, including the development of talent acquisition pipelines, job posting strategy, employment branding and other global TA initiatives.

Execute the communication and implementation of global/regional Talent Acquisition projects, including Talent Acquisition tools and technology, TA policies, and TA processes.

Partner with South America Shared Service on talent acquisition program management including program management of Internships, Co-ops, Alumni, Veteran, Talent Referral and Internal Mobility and other talent acquisition programs. Support talent pipelines for underrepresented groups, including working with internal EINs and D&I project teams on site-specific D&I initiatives.

Write and communicate Talent Acquisition policies, aligning with best market practices and Mosaic Global Strategy.

Managing recruitment channel: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media channels with company updates and content creation.
Metrics and project support:

Develop and coordinate the distribution of periodic reports on performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives to provide accurate, insightful reporting and recommendations for action. Perform trend analysis using data provided from the HR Systems team as well as other predictive analytics tools and create reporting for proactive remediation. Provide analytical expertise to internal teams using TA recruiting dashboards.

Lead various Talent Acquisition projects that help to globalize and standardize recruiting practices. Make recommendations for change based on external research, internal best practices, and desired business outcomes. Partners with external HR vendors to benchmark recruitment best practices. Lead Quarterly Business Review discussions with external vendors to drive regional talent acquisition strategies. Leads project management duties as Demand Lead.

Business Partnership:

Consult and partner with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to coordinate the implementation of student and talent pipeline initiatives, facilitate the use of all program tools and resources. Continuously identify and implement talent acquisition practices that add value to the business and simplify execution.

Provide guidance and expertise while partnering with HR Business Partners, COEs, and EBS teams to ensure that business unit needs are considered, and global impacts are managed. Build and maintain strong, positive, effective working relationships and keep close interaction with internal teams including business units and business HR to anticipate Talent Acquisition needs.
What do you need for this role?
Language: English Advanced.
Education degree: Bachelor's Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related areas.
Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition COE, Talent Acquisition Program Management, Talent Acquisition Enablement, Talent Attraction or Talent Acquisition Intelligence;

Experience in talent acquisition, or a related Human Resources area;

Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition functions;

Knowledge of general HR systems and processes.
