Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will successfully recruit qualified, back-office personnel within all services lines and territories of our company. This position will be remote.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position

• Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization

• Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates

• Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs

• Advertise open positions using social media and mailings and collaborating with marketing

• Manage the candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits

• Oversee and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, open positions, and other recruiting activities

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.

• Two years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred
