Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to securing top talent for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Drive innovation in sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, recruiting tools.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinating seamless interview processes with hiring managers.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, talent market shifts, and competitive insights to ensure cutting-edge sourcing approaches.
- Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact to successful onboarding.
- Oversee and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate progress.
- Deliver regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics and progress to the Leadership team and hiring managers.
- Continuously refine the recruitment process by analyzing key metrics and incorporating candidate feedback.
- Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party vendors as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience and Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or startup sectors.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Demonstrated track record of ensuring closing the position in defined SLA.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track and optimize key recruitment metrics such as offer-to-joining ratio, time-to-fill, and time-to-close
- Demonstrated drive to succeed in closing candidates and consistently achieving recruitment targets, with a strong focus on delivering results
- Proven adaptability in optimizing recruitment strategies to align with the evolving nature of job requirements, ensuring effective and timely hiring outcomes
- Personable and engaging demeanour to foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, building strong rapport and ensuring a welcoming environment for potential hires
- A hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a willingness to dive into the intricacies of the recruitment process to ensure effective execution
- Experience using recruitment software such as ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
