RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide full-life cycle recruiting services to internal stakeholders. You'll have exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including advanced industry recruiting practices, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and opportunities to work for all kinds of recruitment programs. 

Recruitment (70%): 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding. 
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and key studio stakeholders to define role requirements and ensure a smooth, calibrated hiring process. 
  • Ensure transparent communication and a positive candidate experience, regardless of the interview outcome. 
  • Analyze hiring metrics, track candidate pipelines, and perform market mapping/competitor analysis to provide actionable recruitment insights to the leadership team. 
  • Participate in regional & global recruitment programs and meetings.

Employer Branding (30%):

  • Co-create and implement localized Employer Branding initiatives that showcase our unique studio culture, values, and life at the company.
  • Create content for our company’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages, and maintain and increase engagement rates to promote our brand identity.
  • Plan and execute impactful campus activations, job fairs, tech meetups, and external industry events to build a strong talent community.
  • Engage internal teams to turn our employees into brand ambassadors and encourage high-quality internal referrals.  
  • Other tasks as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Strong written and spoken English. 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry; experience in recruiting for the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media/sourcing tools. 
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Skills Required
