Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist supporting our Garland manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce for one of our most critical and complex production sites.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing Operations, you will manage hourly recruitment across all departments, driving strategies to attract and secure top-quality, diverse talent. Your mission is to create an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, while ensuring our processes reflect the highest standards of inclusion, efficiency, and impact.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities / What's on the Menu

  • Lead Blue-Collar Recruitment: Lead recruitment for hourly positions, from job posting to candidate screening, interviews, offers. Ensure speed, quality, and an outstanding experience throughout the process.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HR, Ops Hiring Managers and Manufacturing Operations leaders, to align recruiting efforts with strategic goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels to attract top-tier talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, agency partnerships, direct outreach, and community engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Deliver exceptional service to hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain diverse talent pools to support immediate and future hiring demands.
  • Employer Branding: Work with the Employer Brand Team to design and execute tailored recruitment marketing campaigns, especially for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure a seamless and inclusive recruitment process by guiding candidates through each pre-onboarding stage and maintaining best practices.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment practices are compliant and aligned with Kraft Heinz standards.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management and candidate experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical and creative thinking to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.

  • I am able to perform sedentary work: occasionally exerting 0-10 lbs. of force, limited movement from my workstation for brief periods of time

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
