As we follow the oneKardex strategy, we will extend the Talent Acquisition Team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in Germany.
You live in Greater Karlsruhe - Mannheim area and are willing to work 40:60 remote.
Your tasks
Identifying and approaching qualified candidates through active searching, networking, and using online platforms
Building and maintaining a talent pool for future hires
Supporting the operational recruitment process in line with the candidate journey
Using a multi-channel sourcing strategy to search for talent
Conducting structured pre-calls and interviews
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial qualification
Proven initial professional experience as a recruiter in industry and/or in the recruitment department of a headhunter company
Passion for searching for talent and a good sense for personalities with development potential
Confidence and experience in active sourcing – we use LinkedIn as well for application management we use Workday
Initial experience in conducting structured interviews in the technology environment, as well as at management level
Skilled in campaigning on googleAds and META
Fluent written and spoken German and English, another language especially from Europe, Turkish or Asia is a plus
