Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MRI Software, you will partner with global business leaders and hire managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across Product and Engineering functions. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experience, and supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition practices.

Job duties include:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product and Engineering positions in Baroda, including workforce planning support, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Learn and follow our proven recruiting process designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Evaluate candidate strengths against position requirements to include cultural fit within the business.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates including salary, benefits and other offerings wherever applicable.
- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including assessments, reference checks and background/drug tests.
- Provide top notch experience to candidates, hiring managers, peers, and other internal and external stakeholders in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
- Execute candidate screening process, which may include but is not limited to application reviewing, conducting HR phone screens, reference checks, and onsite/virtual interviews
- Manage the employment offer process, including preparing offer letters conducting reference and background checks, and presenting employment offers
- Coordinate new employment onboarding from a paperwork perspective, including data hygiene of employee into HRIS and collection and completion of needed forms.
- Track, analyze and report metrics and effectiveness of recruiting programs; analyze new trends and share best practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role.
- Proven experience recruiting for Product Management, Software Engineering, or related technology roles within the Baroda talent market.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, time management, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while being self-motivated and highly engaging.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting.
- High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
- Desire to build relationships both internally and externally while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
