What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for a Senior or Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive building high-volume pipeline creation for our Product and Engineering teams
- Own the front-end recruiting process by identifying passive candidates, conducting market research, and setting high volume pipeline requirements
- Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring each candidate feels positive in their interactions with us
- Collaboratively work with our hiring teams to understand our roles and improve our sourcing strategies
Mandatory Skills.
- 3-6 years of full-cycle sourcing experience
- Deep understanding of software engineering recruitment (SaaS exp highly preferred)
- Experience using and adapting extensive sourcing strategies to meet the needs of complex recruitment activities
- Expertise in ATS
- Experience in the fast-paced, start up environment
- Vast knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
- Experience driving recruitment processes that focus on providing excellent candidate experience
- Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience in culture or values based interviewing style
What Are You Good At?
- Sourcing, sourcing, sourcing - you can find any niche individual and have a track record of activating passive candidates
- Communication - you strive to be concise so your audience is on the same page as you
- Use data to drive outcomes - gather and share market information and trends with the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders, allowing your group to make more informed decisions
- Actively identify and contribute to Talent Acquisition practices and processes, ensuring those activities align to the priorities of the business
- Coach and guide Hiring Managers in your group to make well considered, diligent hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with hiring best practices
- Provide proactive mentoring and coaching to members of the Talent Acquisition team by helping through specific problems and recommending new practices or processes
