Broadridge is seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a focus on Emerging Talent to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring process support while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for early talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking with a focus on Early Careers.

  • Oversee applicant tracking activities ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process

  • Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including survey coordination, event scheduling, and logistics

  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience

  • Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and create talent pipelines

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines

  • Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (early talent or campus recruiting strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles

  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Passion for university hiring and early-career talent development 

      Salary Range: $30-$40 USD Hourly Wage
