We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding high-potential candidates for head office positions across all functions in Europe, including HR, Merchandising, Marketing, PR, Ecommerce, Finance, etc.
The successful candidate will report to the HQ Talent Acquisition Manager EU and collaborate with Heads of departments and senior management.
What you will be responsible for:
Partnering with line managers to define vacancies and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with organisational structure and local market dynamics
Refining job descriptions to ensure clarity, focus, inclusivity, and appeal
Advising hiring managers on best practice throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Sourcing candidates via advertising, direct search, and recruitment agencies, maintaining a cost-effective approach
Implementing employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidates’ pipelines and diversity
Screening and interviewing candidates to create trustworthy shortlists
Organising interviews, assessments and delivering constructive feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintaining candidates and interview records in compliance with GDPR policy across all systems
Working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to contribute to transformative recruitment projects
What we are looking for:
Experience, Skills & Attributes
3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition either in-house or agency
Recruitment experience for retail or hospitality brands, specifically head office roles
Demonstrated ability to manage large number of vacancies concurrently
Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn and other professional networks for proactive sourcing
Track record of achieving KPIs and SLAs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in verbal and written English
Strong stakeholder management skills and capabilities
Solid organisational and prioritisation skills
