What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and markets
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking initiatives
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Identify and engage top talent using multiple sourcing channels
- Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
- Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs
- Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analysing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists and assistants
What We're Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field
- At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or HR experience
- Native or fluent French and strong professional English skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence different audiences
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills and strong collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- ATS experience (Workday preferred)
- A genuine interest in working with people, learning and growing within an international environment.
