Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and markets
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking initiatives
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Identify and engage top talent using multiple sourcing channels
• Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
• Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs
• Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analysing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists and assistants

What We're Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or HR experience
• Native or fluent French and strong professional English skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence different audiences
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills and strong collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• ATS experience (Workday preferred)
• A genuine interest in working with people, learning and growing within an international environment.
