- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Drive success in full-cycle recruiting, managing high-volume requisitions for top talent across various specialties

Spearhead innovative sourcing techniques, building robust candidate pipelines for both active and anticipated positions

Orchestrate the entire recruitment process, from intake meetings and candidate screening to offer negotiations

Pioneer new tools and solutions to enhance our recruiting processes and candidate experience

Foster strong internal networks, providing white-glove service for employee referrals and cross-team collaborations

Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to adapt to shifting needs and contribute during peak recruitment periods

We're looking for someone with:

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services, preferably within the Workday ecosystem or similar ERP environment

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously

Passion for recruiting and relationship-building, with a commitment to delivering quality experiences for every candidate

Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting to and engaging with diverse audiences

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Adaptability and eagerness to learn in the dynamic Workday consulting space

Creative problem-solving skills to overcome recruiting challenges in a competitive market

Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship
