SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple departments, with a strong focus on technical and operational positions within an aerospace repair and shop-based environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, operational setting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and support hiring needs.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Leverage emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools, to enhance candidate enhance candidate outreach, engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Provide timely, organized, and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with onboarding teams to support a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Assist with job postings, advertisement processes, and sourcing activities.
  • Manage a moderate to high volume of requisitions while maintaining strong candidate engagement and close partnership with hiring managers in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Support recruitment reporting and administrative activities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • OR an additional 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a corporate, agency, or operational environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or skilled trade roles within manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, or industrial environments.
  • Prior experience working in a recruiting agency or high-volume staffing environment.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing tools or other advanced recruiting technologies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.

OTHER:

  • The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
