Voyagu is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and support the company’s continued growth. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on Sales roles as we expand our Warsaw office. This position requires strong sourcing abilities and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.
What You Will Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on high-volume and cohort-based hiring, primarily for Sales roles in our Warsaw office
- Build strong and diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Utilize ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, AI Hiring Assistants, and modern recruiting tools to increase speed and efficiency
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews and ensure structured assessments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring targets, candidate profile calibration, and recruitment strategy for fast-scaling teams
- Create thoughtful top-of-funnel engagement and maintain ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step and contribute to Voyagu’s growing employer brand
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Hands-on experience with mass hiring or cohort-based hiring and confidence in managing multiple openings and hiring waves simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1)
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes
- Confidence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring across Europe and LATAM
- Experience helping scale an office or a new regional team

Skills Required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite) and sourcing tools
