Job Summary

Summary: 

The “Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist” will be based in Budapest, Timisoara or Tczew, reporting to Sourcing Manager. He/ She will be responsible for a variety of sourcing activities to ensure the organization’s candidate pipeline is efficient and diverse, at a regional level. 

What a typical day looks like

  • Sourcing on different channels for the most suitable candidates for our roles (LI, social media, CRM, local job boards, and so on).

  • Use the available sourcing tools and monitor the market trends.

  • Collaborate with Recruiters in order to understand the key criteria of the roles, follow-up on the recruitment process

  • Advise Recruiters on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, feedback from market, etc.). 

  • Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.

  • Build future candidate pipelines at a regional level.

  • Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.

  • Ensure compliance with external regulations and requirements. 

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelors with 3+ years of experience or a combination of education, experience and/or training. 

  • Prior recruiting experience needed.

  • English is mandatory and another language needed (Hungarian, Romania, Polish or German).

  • Knowledge of specific sourcing tools is necessary.
