Collaboration: Partner closely with TACs and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and ensure a strong match between candidates and opportunities.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday and Phenom, as well as relevant projects and pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Employer Branding: Contribute to global employer branding and sourcing marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness of Marsh as an employer of choice in the talent market.

What you need to have:

  • Strong research, networking, and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking system; experience with Workday and/or Phenom is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English and fluent Polish or Romanian. Knowledge of an additional European language, such as French, German, or Norwegian, would be an advantage.

What makes you stand out?
  • Experience working on the recruitment agency side as a Researcher or Sourcer.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or professional services sector.
  • Experience supporting complex or high-volume recruitment across multiple markets.
  • A creative and proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent market intelligence.

Why join our team?
  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
