Our Recruitment team is seeking a focused and fast paced Recruitment Sourcer who will help our talent team mine for top notch candidates utilizing our tools and resources.

What You Bring

• Experience with sourcing and recruiting for Sales focused positions
• Strong experience using Indeed, Linkedin and other boards to scan for resumes, contact and screen qualified candidates
• Manage and maintain developed talent pool and pipeline
• Partner with head of Talent Acquisition on assigned tasks
• Maintain a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company

What you have:

• 2-4 years in Staffing and/or Sourcing Agencies
• Bilingual skills required: English and Spanish
• Bachelor's Degree, or industry experience preferred
• Experience with modern ATS such as Greenhouse and Lever
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
• Strong command of Employment Law, diversity, specifically in areas of recruitment
