Position Summary
1. Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Work and form good relationships with hiring managers to analyze job description to search suitable candidates
- Recommend job advertising channel and how to post job to attract talents’ application.
- Build, explore and enrich high skilled candidate pool via multiple resources as LinkedIn, Facebook, searching, web job postings, social media Ads, Groups, Forum, universities, networks, reference…
- Be responsible for recruitment processing until candidate onboarding as company recruitment guideline and policy.
- Involve in reviewing application tracking system to ensure candidate status tracking updated properly to support for hiring demand.
2. Onboard and Engagement
- Ensure pre-boarding for candidates as company standard
- Be the buddy with newhire to help new employee adapt with company quickly
3. Employer Branding (EB)
- Proactively propose EB campaigns that help increase brand visibility/awareness in a way that supports the employer brand strategy
- Create banner, content and targeted communication messages and conduct Ads campaigned on social medial networks to explore and attract talent workforces.
- Join and organize online-offline employer branding events such as Job fair, Career talk, Talk show, Internship, Functional trainee program…
4. Report and other HR Project
5. Reporting and involve in HR project (if any).
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
