This role goes beyond execution—you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping workforce plans, elevating hiring quality, and building scalable talent acquisition practices. You will lead and develop a team of recruiters, drive innovation in hiring (including AI-powered solutions), and ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
- Design scalable hiring processes and frameworks to support growth.
- Advise leaders on talent strategy, job design, and hiring decisions.
- Track and improve key hiring metrics (quality, speed, efficiency).
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to access top talent.
- Ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition,
- Leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of managing Talent Acquisition teams and owning end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, with a strong preference for technology hiring exposure.
- Technology company experience
- Proven application of competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies in hiring processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions.
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and AI-powered recruiting tools to drive sourcing and hiring efficiency.
Skills Required
