Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry associations.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing plans.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging sourcing tools, and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial outreach, and assess interest and qualifications before passing them to recruiters.
- Promote GE Aerospace’s employer brand by effectively communicating our mission, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Demonstrable sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with passive talent through various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom People, Indeed, and other job boards.
- A passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the aerospace industry or technical recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
