Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver timely and accurate talent acquisition reporting that enables data-driven operational decisions and workforce planning.
- Analyze recruiting data and trends to uncover insights that improve hiring efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
- Collaborate on reporting enhancement initiatives that streamline processes and strengthen operational performance.
- Support talent acquisition projects by tracking progress, identifying risks, and helping drive successful outcomes.
- Create clear, impactful reports and presentations that improve stakeholder visibility and communication across the recruiting function.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- College or equivalent degree preferred.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Talent Acquisition reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to support recruiting operations.
- Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities to prepare, format, and present meaningful recruiting metrics and business insights.
- Collaborate on reporting and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting quality, and stakeholder experience.
- Utilize data analytics, reporting tools, and visualization techniques to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and apply Copilot, AI-powered tools, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reporting effectiveness.
- Contribute as an active team member on Talent Acquisition improvement projects, supporting project schedules, scope, risk management, and successful execution.
- Exhibit adaptability, attention to detail, strong customer focus, and the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
